Implementasi Sistem Web Berbasis Laravel untuk Monitoring Kinerja dan Laporan Bulanan Guru Madrasah di Lampung Barat

Abstract

The Madrasah education sector, a governmental body in West Lampung Regency, encompasses vital human resources, including educators who are pivotal in the learning process. These teachers are expected to continually enhance their skills and competencies to fulfill their educational roles effectively. However, the traditional methods used for teacher performance assessments in the Madrasah system present numerous challenges, notably in efficiency and data handling, complicating the evaluation process. This study introduces an innovative solution—a web-based information system for monthly reporting and teacher performance evaluations developed using the Laravel Framework and the waterfall development methodology. This system, verified through comprehensive black box testing and the equivalence partitioning method, aims to streamline the appraisal process, ensuring faster, more efficient evaluations and simplifying report generation, thereby addressing the critical issues within the conventional evaluation framework in Madrasah education.
